Orders typically ship within 2-3 days of purchase. All orders ship USPS first class or priority, depending on wait.

If you should need a return or replacement, please contact us for authorization first.  Items sent back to us without authorization will be REFUSED and returned at sender's cost.

General return policies:

30 DAY STORE CREDIT: For store credit, we accept NEW Non-CLEARANCE items, including SALE and Full Price items within 30 DAYS of purchase. Actual shipping costs are removed from the credit, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.  Time extensions beyond 30 days can be granted on a case by case basis, please contact us for a request.

RUSH EXCHANGE: Rush Exchange is the same as store credit, but you do not have to wait! Just contact us and we will issue you a rush exchange # and you can purchase your new item right immediately! When we receive your original item back, we will refund you for that purchase minus shipping! Instructions and more details are sent when you request your RA#. Please note: you do have to pay for your replacement at the time of purchase, but will be refunded for that purchase minus actual shipping costs once we receive your original item back. If your original purchase is greater than your replacement purchase, then the difference is issued in store credit.


What we DO NOT accept:

CLEARANCE Items - These items are final sales and cannot be return or exchanged. Most still carry the manufacturers warranty.

NO LONGER NEW Items - an item that has been used, worn, soiled, washed, and/or does not includes all original packaging. We are unable to accept back any item no longer considered NEW. If we do receive an item back not in new condition, we reserve the right to refuse your item, or remove a restocking fee as per our discretion.

CUSTOM Items - an item that was custom made for you after your order was placed. These items are noted as custom orders in the item description, and typicially take up to 2 weeks to ship. Custom orders are FINAL SALES, and cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, once the custom item is being created, the order can no longer be canceled.


Shipping the item back to us:
Shipping costs both ways are paid by the customer for returns and exchanges. Contact us with any questions.

NO ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED without an authorization number.
Please request your authorization number, along with instructions on how to return the items back to us.

 

 

 

 

 

 

bella stella reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.  Cancelled orders will be refunded to your credit card upon cancellation.
